Bichanu - A Simple Timer for Color-Coded Customer Support
Bichanu is a simple timer add-on for the Opa! chat platform that changes the colors of items in the support ticket list. This add-on helps support agents prioritize their tasks by assigning different colors based on the urgency or status of the tickets.
The color codes used in Bichanu are as follows:
- Black: Represents the currently selected ticket.
- Green: Indicates that the customer has sent a message.
- Gray: Indicates tickets with the tag "do not close".
- Red: Represents tickets that can be closed due to inactivity.
- Yellow: Represents tickets that should receive an inactivity warning.
- Blue: Represents tickets that are within the time limit for response.
Bichanu also includes a workflow for handling inactivity. After 20 minutes of inactivity, an inactivity warning is sent for tickets in yellow. If there is no activity within 10 minutes after the warning, the ticket is automatically closed and marked as red.
With Bichanu, support agents can easily prioritize and manage their customer support tickets, ensuring that no important inquiries go unnoticed.
